This project entails 24 residential units built on approximately 4 acres of formally commercially-zoned land. This required that we adequately address the concerns of the Louisville Planning Commission and City Council to clearly demonstrate the need to change the zoning from commercial to residential. This is not an easy task in a no growth community, but we were successful in demonstrating the need for additional senior-oriented housing. The last of these units are being completed and have all but sold out at prices above $800,000.
