In 2013, we began work on a development in Erie, Colorado. The Four Corners project sits on approximately 46 acres on a centrally located green field parcel. Late last year we received approvals for ~500 residential units inclusive of 115,000 square feet of commercial/retail space. This project is intently focused on incorporating open space, access to trails and attracting retail users that are viewed as particularly desirable to the community. To date Four Corners has garnered approvals for a URA district on the property in addition to recently receiving approval for the Four Corners Metropolitan district and the Four Corners Business Improvement District.
