This project will become the flagship project of Foundry Builders, Inc. The Foundry itself will consist of 21,000 square feet of in-line commercial space in addition to a +/- 19,000 square foot flex building with areas for approximately 4-8 tenants. This concept is modeled after the very popular and successful “Source” in the rapidly redeveloping portion of Downtown Denver known as RiNo. In addition to the commercial and flex building, the site will also boast 32 luxury condominiums. The Foundry project represents the final phase of the Steel Ranch neighborhood and will become an iconic gateway to the City of Louisville.
