David has more than 15 years of experience in real estate development finance, economic and market analysis, urban planning and public/private partnerships with a focus on redevelopment and urban infill projects. His primary responsibilities at Foundry Builders include project entitlement, development financing and structuring public/private partnerships. He has worked with local governments, non-profit organizations, institutional investors and developers throughout the nation to bring development projects to fruition. Justin is the Vice President of Foundry Builders, Inc.. He has over ten years of real-estate experience in development, horizontal infrastructure, and specialty entitlement processes, and has coordinated the entitlement of more than 1,000 residential units and approximately 150,000 square feet of commercial and retail space in Louisville, Colorado. He has planned urban infill communities with a strong emphasis on place-making and specialized infrastructure. Justin is experienced working productively with both Metropolitan District and Urban Renewal Authority financing, and has created and financed over $25,000,000 in general obligation double tax-free bonds.
David is the President of Foundry Builders, Inc.. With more than 35 years of real-estate experience, he has played critical roles in development, surveying, mining company land-acquisitions, horizontal infrastructure, and specialty entitlement processes. David is a co-founder and managing member of RMCS, a Front Range land surveyor dedicated to creating master planned urban infill communities with a strong emphasis on place-making and specialized infrastructure.
Alex has been working with Foundry Builders, Inc. and RMCS, Inc. since November 2014 and has focused on closing construction loans, analyzing project profitability and preparing entitlement documents. Prior to joining the Foundry Builders team Alex started his own company working as a business development consultant for Avivid Technologies Group, and worked as a graduate teaching assistant at Colorado State University while getting an M.A. in Public Economics.
